Our goal is to provide high quality products and merchandise at a great price with outstanding customer service. However, we understand that there may be instances when you are not satisfied with your purchase.
WHAT YOU CAN RETURN. BY WHEN & HOW
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
We cannot accept items returned without the original retail packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS!
All Returns or Exchanges must have a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number posted clearly on the outside of the return package or box. NO EXCEPTIONS! To obtain an RMA number, please call 1-800-385-6897, Mon - Fri, 9:00am to 5:30pm (EST). Please indicate your order number and specific items you are returning and the reason for the return or exchange.
For your protection, we suggest customers use a trackable shipping company, such as, UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package will help guarantee your return gets handled safely.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Customer Service Center.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
In instances where a return or exchange is needed because of an error made by us, we will gladly pay the return shipping costs. We do not feel customers should have to pay for our mistakes.
When the error does not lie with us, the customer must then pay all costs related to return shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you the due amount.
ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT RETURNABLE:
- Personalized items.
- Edible merchandise; such as Jordan almonds
- Consumables such as wedding bubbles & disposible cameras
- Closeout items
- Orders in which a custom quote was requested
- Any item with obvious signs of use.
